Phase 5 of our Single Storey Terrace Homes will be launching soon with great improvements over the previous designs and layout. To begin with, these single storey terrace homes has 12-foot high ceilings. Aside from that, the homes are also wider, up from 20 feet from our previous units to 22 feet now. We have also taken into consideration the suggestions from our previous purchasers and have oriented the homes in a North-South direction. Another improvement, the car porch now runs the full width of the terrace lots, offering better sun-shading than previous phases of development.
